RENTERS: Account setup cannot be completed online. Pplease visit the Avendale Village Clubhouse located at 1 Daisy, Monday - Sunday 9AM - 5PM to receive your username and password. A photo id and proof of residency (rental agreement) is required.

Membership Cards

Your Ladera Ranch membership card is your ticket to all the amenities Ladera Ranch has to offer, except the skate park (a separate card is required). You will need your card to get into the pools and clubhouses. Come down to the Leasing Office to get your membership card 7 days a week from 9AM to 6PM.  Please call or come by for more information.  Fees apply.

It is our goal to ensure we are properly communicating with you as well as have your current information on file.  Please take a few minutes to stop by the leasing office to provide them with your current contact information.  You can also email the information including your name, apartment number, primary email adress, primary contact phone number, and all vehicle information to laurelglenmgr@wng.com.  All information received by August 15th, will be entered into a drawing for $100 Off September's rent!
